The F 60 garment folder is more than just a classic folding table. Designed for optimum variability, it processes a wide range of garments—from lab coats to jackets and surgical clothing—delivering consistently reliable quality.

Make Work Easier
Retaining clips activated by light sensors hold garments securely in place. The folding process starts with the push of a button, and once complete, the folded garment can be easily removed manually.

Key Features
The F 60 is equipped with an electro-pneumatic PLC controller with a dialogue display for intuitive operation. Its folding table includes two retaining clips controlled by light sensors to secure garments during folding. The lengthwise folding process is performed using folding flaps and pre-set folding patterns, with the option of selecting two or three lengthwise folds via the control button.

The folding length is approximately 1,250 mm, resulting in folded item dimensions of about 250 x 400 mm. The machine achieves an hourly throughput rate of 80 to 100 items. Cross-folding is executed using a folding sheet and cross-folding patterns, with the flexibility to select one or two cross-folds based on garment type and desired outcome.
